• How do I thank someone?In Recognition, click Give kudos: pick them, a badge such as Team Player or Above and Beyond, and write what they did.
• How do I make an announcement?In Announcements, click New announcement.
• How does someone raise a grievance?In Grievances, click Raise a grievance and follow four steps: with their name or anonymously, the kind of problem, what happened (with files if they like), then review and send.
• How are grievances handled?HR and admins see every case with its code, kind, severity and how long it has been open.
• What does Analytics show?For admins, leadership and board members: a company scorecard of attendance, task completion, offer acceptance and attrition against targets, what needs attention, and a catalogue of metrics (headcount, exits, recognition, expenses and, with Margin, payroll and finance), each with its trend.
