Assets and insurance

Laptops, phones and the rest, and your health insurance details.

• How do I keep track of laptops and phones?In Assets (under Margin in the menu), click Add asset: its kind (laptop, phone, tablet, SIM card, headset, access card and more), whether you own it, rent it or it's the person's own, its details and what it cost.
• Where do people see what they have?In Assets → Mine, and on the Assets tab of their record.
• What is the asset declaration?A round where everyone confirms what company things they have.
• Where do I put our health insurance details?In Settings → Insurance: what's covered and what isn't, the yearly premium for each person (used on new offer letters), and the policy document (PDF or image, up to 8 MB).
