Who sees what, AI, and recordings.

• Can another company see our data?No. Each company's data sits in its own sealed section of Masthead's database, and every request reaches only the company of the person signed in.
• What is sent to AI, and when?Only when a feature that reads something runs, and only what it needs: a CV when it's read, a screening call or video interview when it's analysed, your website when you match its look, and a job description when you ask for draft questions, a question you type into Ask Masthead, and the week's activity for organisational memory.
• Are screening calls and interviews recorded?Yes, so they can be transcribed and scored, and the candidate agrees to it before the call starts.
