What is the asset declaration?

A round where everyone confirms what company things they have. Admins and HR set a deadline and switch it on in Settings → Asset settings; people see a reminder on Today, fill in Assets → Declaration, and HR checks the answers in Review. The same settings page downloads the full asset register and a rental summary as CSV.
