What does Analytics show?

For admins, leadership and board members: a company scorecard of attendance, task completion, offer acceptance and attrition against targets, what needs attention, and a catalogue of metrics (headcount, exits, recognition, expenses and, with Margin, payroll and finance), each with its trend. Below are headcount, tenure and the team by city and role. Admins can change each target.
