- How do I make the monthly board pack?Open Reports → Board pack and pick the month. Type in each company's revenue for the month.
- How does the P&L work?Reports → P&L shows revenue, then costs in layers: direct delivery cost (CM1), customer acquisition (CM2), company fixed costs (CM3), shared overheads, EBITDA, interest, depreciation and net profit, by month, quarter or year.
- How does the cash-flow forecast work?Reports → Cash-flow forecast projects your bank balance over the next 90 days from bills due, payroll, the statutory calendar and money you expect in, with best, likely and worst cases.
- What does the finance dashboard show?Daily → Dashboard: this month's spend against budget, the variance by category (a warning above 15% over, over budget beyond 30%), approvals waiting, bills due in the next seven days, the cash-flow forecast, and recent submissions and approvals.
- How do I upload a budget?Open Daily → Dashboard and click Budgets (or search for it with ⌘K or Ctrl+K).
- Can I make my own reports?Yes. Reports → Reports has ready ones (unpaid bills by age, top vendors, spend by cost head, TDS by section, reimbursements by person and more), each with Run and CSV.
- What are Financial position and Balance Sheet (board pack)?Quicker views for the board. Financial position shows cash, receivables and payables at a glance.
