Salary bands and increments

Pay ranges, increment cycles and fairness checks. Part of Margin Payroll.

• How do salary bands work?In Compensation → Salary bands, add a band for a role, level and city: its minimum, midpoint and maximum monthly gross, and the date it applies from.
• How do I run increments?In Compensation → Increment cycles, create a cycle: its name, the date it takes effect and the budget as a percentage of payroll.
• What does the Compensation page show?Search for Compensation (⌘K or Ctrl+K) to open it.
