Lenders
Share your loan papers with banks, NBFCs and venture debt funds, and see where each loan has got to. On every plan.
- Can I use Galley for a bank loan?Yes. Banks, NBFCs and venture debt funds work in the same data room as your investors, but apart from them: Loan folders for what a credit team asks for, and a lender checklist of what's missing.
- What are the loan folders?A folder called Loan papers, beside your other folders, with a folder inside for each part of what lenders usually ask for: KYC: PAN, certificate of incorporation, MOA and AOA, GST and Udyam certificates, office address proof, the list of directors and shareholders, and the board resolution to borrow.
- What is the lender checklist?A list of what a lender's credit team usually asks for: 14 items in the same six sections as the loan folders, from company KYC to the loans you already have.
- How do I share documents with a lender? On the Lenders page (or the Investors page), fill in Share with a lender: Lender: the bank or fund's name. Galley keeps everyone from it together.
- What does a lender see?Only the folders you share with their lender, with their name, email and the time on every page they view.
- Do lenders have to accept our NDA?Only if you ask them. Banks usually have their own confidentiality terms, so Ask this lender to accept our NDA starts unticked when you share.
- What is the loan tracker?A board on the Lenders page with a column for each stage of a loan: Documents shared: they have the loan papers. Every lender starts here.
- How do lenders ask questions or for documents? As investors do: from a document, on their Questions tab, or by asking for a document that isn't there.
