What does a lender see?

Only the folders you share with their lender, with their name, email and the time on every page they view. Their Home shows what's new since their last visit, and they can ask your team questions.

A lender never sees your investors, another lender or its folders, the updates you post for investors, your welcome note, or the general answers you share with every investor. Their screens and emails never call them an investor.

Once you report to them after the loan, they also have their own reports folder, which nobody else can open.

What someone from a lender sees: the Loan papers folders shared with their bank, and its own reports folder
