What are the loan folders?

A folder called Loan papers, beside your other folders, with a folder inside for each part of what lenders usually ask for:

  • KYC: PAN, certificate of incorporation, MOA and AOA, GST and Udyam certificates, office address proof, the list of directors and shareholders, and the board resolution to borrow.
  • Financials: audited accounts for 2 to 3 years, this year's accounts, monthly MIS, projections, and debtors and creditors ageing.
  • Bank statements: 6 to 12 months for every account, as the bank's own files.
  • Tax: income tax returns for 2 to 3 years, and GST returns for the last 12 months.
  • Existing loans: for each loan, the lender, the amount, what's outstanding, the rate and the EMIs.
  • Business: the org chart and key people, key customer contracts, and for venture debt the cap table and last round's papers.

To make them, choose Use the loan folders on the Lenders page and untick any you don't need. Folders you already have are kept. Nothing is shared until you share it with a lender.
