Do lenders have to accept our NDA?

Only if you ask them. Banks usually have their own confidentiality terms, so Ask this lender to accept our NDA starts unticked when you share. A lender you don't ask sees nothing about your NDA. Their name is on every page they view either way.

To change it later, choose Ask for our NDA or Stop asking for our NDA on the lender's card in the loan tracker. Once asked, everyone from that lender accepts your NDA before they can open anything.
