Deck links

Tracked links to one document, for people outside the data room.

• What is a deck link?A link to one document, for someone who isn't in your data room yet, such as a fund you're pitching.
• How do I make one?On the document's page, under Deck links, say who it's for and, if you like, when it expires, then Create link.
• What do I see about readers?For each reader: how many times they opened it, for how long, which pages they read, and their approximate place and device.
• Can I stop a deck link working?Yes. Set a date it expires (at the end of that day, India time), or choose Turn the link off; you can turn it back on later.
• How does a reader get into the data room?They can choose Ask for full access, which comes to you as an access request.
