Reports after a loan
The reports each lender expects once the loan is sanctioned: a schedule, reminders, and a folder only that lender can open.
- How do I set up reporting once a loan is sanctioned?Move the lender to Sanctioned or Disbursed in the loan tracker, then choose Set up reporting on its card. List each report the lender expects: Report: its name.
- How do the schedule and its statuses work? The lender's page lists each report with a row for every period that has begun, newest first.
- How do I send a report? On the lender's page, find the period and choose: Upload, to send a file from your computer. The same files can be sent as anywhere in Galley.
- Can Margin's monthly accounts go to a lender by themselves?Yes, when your company uses Margin and Margin sends documents to Galley. Set the report's Comes from to Margin's monthly accounts.
- How do I send a corrected file?On a sent period, open Send a corrected file, then choose Upload or Choose from the room.
- Will Galley remind us when a report is due?Yes. Everyone on your team who gets Access and file requests emails (see which emails does my team get?) gets a reminder 5 days before a report is due and another on the day, if it hasn't been sent, during the day India time.
- Does the lender get an email when a report is added?Yes, unless you untick the box that says Email, the lender's name, then when a report is added, at set-up or at the top of the lender's reports.
- What does "Keep the lender's access open" do?It stops the lender's access ending while you still owe it reports.
- Why does the lender's page say reports aren't being sent?Because someone else would see them. A lender's reports folder is that lender's alone, so Galley won't set up reporting or put a report in it, from Margin or by hand, while anyone else can open it or all of Loan papers: a person, a group, or investors at a stage in Access by stage.
- How do I change or stop a report, or stop reporting?Change on a report edits its name, how often it's due, the day, the first period and where it comes from.
