    NDA

The agreement every investor accepts before they can open a document.

    • Do investors have to accept an NDA?Yes. Until your NDA is published, investors can't open any document. Once it is, each investor accepts it before they see anything.
    • I don't have an NDA. Where do I start? On the NDA page, choose Edit NDA. Your first NDA starts from Galley's standard one, with your company's name already in it.
    • What happens when I change the NDA?Editing never changes a published NDA. Your changes stay in a draft (Save draft) until you publish, which makes a new version.
    • How do I see who accepted which version? The NDA page shows how many investors have accepted and who hasn't yet. Each version's page lists everyone who accepted it, and when.
    • Who can publish the NDA?Only Owners. Everyone on your team can read it, its versions and who has accepted it.
