Company settings

How your data room looks to investors and where they find it. Only Owners see these settings.

• Where are Company settings?Click your picture at the top right, then Company settings. Only Owners see it.
• How do I change my company's name and logo?In Name & logo. The name shows with your logo at the top of every page and in every email investors get. The logo can be a PNG or JPEG, square, up to 1 MB.
• Can I change my data room's address?Yes, in Address: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, for example acme-labs.galley.1936ai.com.
• Can investors see my own domain instead of galley.1936ai.com?Yes, on the Pro plan. In Your own address, type an address on a domain you own, such as dataroom.yourcompany.com, and choose Use this address.
• Whose name do emails to investors come from?Your company's name. To use another, such as "Priya at Acme", change Emails come from in Emails. Emails are sent from Galley's own address, with that name.
• Can I greet investors with a note?Yes. Write a Welcome note of up to 600 characters, for example where to start reading. It shows on each investor's Home and in their invitation email.
