What happens when I change the NDA?

Editing never changes a published NDA. Your changes stay in a draft (Save draft) until you publish, which makes a new version. Investors who accepted an earlier version stay bound by it and aren't asked again; new investors accept the latest one. Galley can't ask everyone to accept again.

Before publishing, Preview shows how it will look and Changes shows what's different from the live version. Add a short note on what changed: it's kept in the version history for your team.
