Can our jobs show on our own website?

Yes. Paste one line into your website once, and your open roles show there, each with its description and the form to apply, in your website's font and colours. Roles you publish in Masthead appear by themselves, and roles you close go away. Candidates apply without leaving your website; their applications arrive in Hiring marked Your website, and they get the same email as everyone who applies on your careers page. Google can list each job from your own website. It comes with your careers page in Hire.

  1. Open Settings → Hiring → Candidate pages and scroll to Put your jobs on your own website.
  2. Under Your website addresses, type your website's address, such as acme.com, one a line, and any address you check it at before it goes live (such as acme.webflow.io). Click Save. The line only works on these addresses, so nobody else can show your jobs.
  3. Click Copy the line and paste it where your jobs should appear (below).
  4. Type your careers page's address under Your careers page address, such as https://acme.com/careers, and click Save. Masthead checks the line is there, and from then on tells Google to list each job from your own page, so each job is listed once.

Webflow: on your careers page in the Designer, open Add (+), drag Code Embed (under Advanced) where the jobs should go, paste the line, click Save and close, then Publish. The Designer shows a grey box; the published site shows your jobs.

WordPress: in the editor, click + where the jobs should go, choose Custom HTML, paste the line and click Update. On WordPress.com, this needs a plan that allows plugins.

Wix: click Add Elements (+), then Embed Code → Custom Element, drag it into place and click Choose Source. Choose Server URL, paste the address shown under How to add the line → Wix in Masthead, type masthead-careers as the Tag Name, and publish. Wix shows it only on a published site with a paid plan and your own domain.

Framer: click Insert, drag an Embed into place, set Type to HTML, paste the line, make the box as wide as the page and tall enough for your jobs, and publish.

Each role gets its own address on your website (your careers page ending in ?role= and a number), so you can share a link to one role. The form asks for the same things as your careers page, with the same notice and tick box candidates must agree to. Every CV is checked for viruses before it reaches you.

If your jobs don't show: check the page is at one of your listed addresses, publish the website (editors don't run the line), and look at Latest activity in the same settings, which says what happened each time your website asked for your jobs or sent an application. If you think someone is showing your jobs where they shouldn't, click Make a new key and paste the new line in place of the old one.
