How do I move a candidate on, or turn them down?

Open their application. Under Actions:

• Move to next stage, with the choice to email them about it.
• Send AI screening, Schedule interview or Send to references.
• Reject, with a reason and, if you like, an email to the candidate you can edit first.
• Withdraw, when the candidate pulls out.

Masthead never rejects anyone on its own: every move is a person's decision.
