How does the pipeline work?

Every application moves through the same stages: Application Received, Resume Screen, Recruiter Call, Interviews, Reference Check, Final Approval, Offer Extended and Pre-Joining. Hiring → Pipeline shows a column for each, with how long each candidate has waited. Filter by role, or look at rejected and withdrawn candidates.
