Does Masthead read CVs?

Yes. When someone applies through your careers page, Masthead reads their CV in the background. On an application, Parse resume reads it again and fills in any details still empty: phone, current role and company, years of experience, location, LinkedIn and last CTC. What you typed yourself is never overwritten.
