Why does a document wait in Galley?

The first time Margin sends each document, Galley keeps it in its Inbox, marked "From Margin", until someone on your team files it in the data room (or deletes it). So you decide what goes in, and where.

When you file it, tick Keep this updated. Margin's later versions then go straight into the same place: next month's accounts beside this month's, and the debt schedule as a new version of the same document. Bank statements are ticked for each account. Without the tick, each new one waits in the Inbox too.
