Can I download the monthly accounts myself?

Yes. On Books → Statements, a button such as Download October 2026 (Excel) gives the same workbook Galley gets, for the month of the date shown, locked or not, and for the company chosen at the top. Useful for your CA or a lender. Each download is kept in the audit log.
