When does Margin send each document?

• When you lock a month on Books → Close: that month's accounts go at once, with cash and runway and anything else that changed. It happens in the background, so locking never waits for Galley. Under Month closed, a line says "On its way to Galley", then what Galley did with it.
• Every morning from 6:00 India time: whatever changed. A month locked again with other figures (Galley keeps it as a new version), a loan added or changed, a registration number filled in, a return recorded as filed or one falling due, a new bank statement, or a statement's PDF added or replaced. Cash and runway changes every day, so the morning send includes it only when a month has been locked since it last went.
• At once, when an admin or someone who can lock months clicks Send to Galley on Books → Statements, or Send now in Settings → Galley.

Monthly accounts go for the last 12 months. While a month is reopened it isn't sent, and what's already in Galley stays. Nothing is sent while the connection is switched off, or while Margin is read-only.
