Can we reuse a role's screening questions?

Yes. On a role's AI screening tab, click Save as a template and name it: it keeps the role's skills and their weights, its questions, and its time limit, language, greeting and closing. Anyone at your company who sets up AI screening can start other roles from it.

To use one, click Start from a template on a new role, or Add from a template on a role that already has questions, and choose one of your company's templates or a ready-made one from 1936 AI (sales, software engineering, and operations or store manager, to begin with). On a role that already has skills or questions, you choose: Add to what this role has, or Replace what this role has. Masthead shows what will change before you confirm. Change anything afterwards; the template stays as it was. Rename or delete your templates from the same list.
