Can Aria speak the way our company does?

Yes. In Settings → Hiring → How Aria speaks for you, tell her:

  • About your company: a few lines she can draw on when a candidate asks what you do. She puts them in her own words.
  • Tone: warm, formal or crisp. It changes her wording, never her questions or her rules.
  • What Aria may tell candidates: for example where the role is based, hybrid days, or when pay is discussed. She answers from this and adds nothing; anything else, she says she'll pass to the team.
  • What Aria must not say: anything she shouldn't mention or hint at, even when asked.
  • Thank-you after the call: the words candidates see when the call ends, also emailed to them once. They say nothing about the outcome.

A preview shows how she might sound. Whatever you write, Aria always says she is an AI assistant, never asks about personal matters such as age, religion or family, and never promises a job or pay, and a person on your team decides every outcome. Your words never change how answers are scored.

Still stuck? Write to hello@1936ai.com and a person will answer.
