What is an AI screening call?

A first-round voice call of about 15 minutes with Aria, Masthead's AI screener, who introduces herself as your company's screener. The candidate opens the link on a phone or computer, checks their microphone and camera, agrees to the call being recorded, and talks. Aria asks your questions; Masthead then scores the call so you know who to meet.
