What is the Results page?

Hiring → Results lists every screening call and recorded interview, filtered by type, status, role and date. The overview shows how many cleared the bar (70 or more is strong, under 50 weak), the spread of scores, scores by role and by competency, and anything that needs a look, such as a call that didn't finish.
