How do I read a screening result?

On the application, the screening shows a score out of 100 and a suggestion: Advance, Hold or Reject. Open analysis shows the summary, a score with reasons for each competency, strengths, concerns and any red flags, how each question was answered, and the transcript.

It is a suggestion. You decide who moves on.
