Why keep the bank's own statement PDF?

Lenders and investors ask for your bank's own statements, not a spreadsheet made from them. Margin keeps the PDF with the statement, exactly as the bank made it, and sends it to your data room when Margin to Galley is on.

On Daily → Payments → Bank statements, the PDF from the bank column shows each statement's file, with who added it and when: click its name to open it. Admins, leadership and finance can Add PDF to a statement uploaded without one, Replace it with another or Remove it. Removing it in Margin leaves it in Galley if it was sent there.
