How do company card statements work?

Card spends are entered as expenses by the cardholder as they happen. In Payments → Card statements, upload the card's statement as a PDF or picture: Margin reads it and matches its lines with the expenses entered, and shows what's matched and what's missing on either side, so you can chase the gaps.
