Where are the PF, ESI, tax and PT rates?

In Books → Rule packs: the rates payroll and GST use (PF and its wage ceiling, ESIC and its threshold, the new-regime income tax slabs, and professional tax by state), each pack for a financial year. To change a rate, clone the active pack, edit it and activate it; nothing changes in a pack once it's active.
