How does bank matching work?

In Books → Bank recon, every statement line is matched with what's in the books: a payment run, a bill, a receipt, or a rule (bank charges, for example). Lines show as unmatched, suggested or matched, with how old they are. Keep a suggestion, pick the account yourself, or ignore a line. Re-run suggestions tries again after you've added bills. Matched lines raise entries in the Review inbox.
