Tasks, projects, milestones and a shared calendar in the same place as attendance, leave and reviews, so you can see who is stretched before you give them more. Part of Masthead Work, an add-on for any plan.

Try this: mark “Onboarding screens, final design” done. The task waiting on it is told.
Example data. Nothing you do here is saved.
Projects, start to finish
Start a project from a template or a blank page, with a lead, dates and fields of your own. Its page holds the tasks, milestones, members, discussion and documents.
Projects as cards or a table
Milestones on a month calendar
On track, at risk or off track
Activity and analytics for each project
Workload by person
Capacity shows how much work each project member has over the next 4 or 12 weeks. The task dashboard shows open and overdue work by person, department and project.
Leave and interviews on the same calendar
Tasks filtered by person or department
Completions over the last 30 days
Tasks that count in reviews
Tasks have an owner, a due date and a priority, and can repeat or wait for others. With Masthead Perform, task completion and escalations count in reviews by themselves.
Daily, weekly or monthly repeats
Whoever is waiting is told when a task is done
Escalated when a day overdue with no update
Urgent tasks not started are flagged
Masthead suggests, people decide. Apart from knockout questions you write yourself, no candidate is rejected without a person choosing to, and every review is written by a person.
Good questions.
Tasks show by status: open, in progress, blocked, escalated and done, filtered by person, department, project, priority or due date. Projects show as cards or a table, and milestones on a month calendar.
A task more than a day overdue with no update is marked escalated, and admins are told. An hourly check also flags high-priority and urgent tasks not started within 2 hours, and tasks blocked for over 2 days.
Meetings, 1-on-1s, interviews, tasks, leave and milestones, by day, week or month. Switch each kind on or off, and add your own events.
Yes. Tasks, projects, milestones and the calendar are Masthead Work, an add-on for any plan, priced per person, and the Everything plan includes it. Without it, those pages don't show, and nothing is deleted.
