Masthead suggests, people decide. Apart from knockout questions you write yourself, no candidate is rejected without a person choosing to, and every review is written by a person.

The candidate gets an email with their own link, which works for 72 hours. They open it on a phone or computer, agree to the call being recorded, and talk to Aria for about 15 minutes.
Hire includes 50 a month. A call counts when it's sent, and one that's cancelled or never started is given back. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.
