Try this: open Regularisations and approve [Aditya L.]’s fix for 13 Oct.
Example data. Nothing you do here is saved.
Ready for day one
When a candidate accepts, they appear as a new joiner. They get a buddy and a checklist from before day one to IT, documents and introductions, each task with an owner and a due date.
Your own joining and leaving checklists
Documents uploaded and marked verified
One record each, with its history
An org chart drawn from who reports to whom
Punch in from anywhere
Your team punches in on a phone or computer and says where they're working from. Managers see who is in, late or yet to punch in, and a missed day is put right with a regularisation.
Shifts with your own late mark
A map, when the browser shares location
Fixes within seven days, approved in the Inbox
An attendance report as a CSV
Leave without the email chains
People ask for leave and see what they have left. Their manager decides from the Inbox, and the person gets an email when they do.
Casual, sick, earned, comp off and more
Earned leave carried forward to your limit
Holidays for every office, or just one
Approvals handed over while you're away
Masthead suggests, people decide. Apart from knockout questions you write yourself, no candidate is rejected without a person choosing to, and every review is written by a person.
Good questions.
Only when someone punches in or out, and only if their browser shares it. Those points appear on the attendance map, which admins, leadership, HR and operations leads can open.
The day shows as No punch. Within seven days they can ask for it to be put right as present or a half day, and their manager approves it from the Inbox.
No. Leave builds up from the first day, but Masthead only accepts requests for days after probation ends, and says from when they can apply. Probation is six months unless you set another.
Not on its own. Payroll runs in Margin Ledger, for Indian companies, which takes attendance and leave straight from Masthead, so unpaid days are counted for you.
