What needs you, recent activity, unread announcements, and this week's birthdays and work anniversaries.

  • Company pulse

Admins and leadership see who's in, who hasn't punched in, leave and requests waiting, and open roles.

Leave, attendance fixes, hiring requests, grievances and more, waiting on you in one list you can filter by kind.

  • Approvals while you're away

Hand your leave and attendance approvals to someone for up to 90 days, and whoever acts first decides.

  • Notifications you choose

  • Jump to any page

Press ⌘K, or Ctrl+K, type a few letters of a page and press Enter.

Hiring

Roles, your careers page and every candidate, from application to pre-joining. Part of Masthead Hire.

  • Your own careers page

Your open roles on a page with your website's logo, colours and font, where candidates apply and then follow their application.

  • On LinkedIn and Google

Share a role on LinkedIn from its page, and every role page carries the details Google's job search reads.

  • Pre-screening questions

A few questions as people apply, with knockout answers you set and candidates never see.

  • CVs read for you

Masthead reads each CV and fills in the phone, current role, experience, location, LinkedIn and last CTC.

  • One pipeline

Eight stages from application received to pre-joining, with how long each candidate has waited.

  • Hiring requests

Managers ask for the people they need, and an approved request becomes a role in one step.

  • Agencies and recruiters

Give anyone recruiter access, or invite an agency to add candidates for only the roles you choose.

Screening calls and interviews

First calls with Aria, interview rounds and feedback. Part of Masthead Hire.

  • Screening calls with Aria50 calls a month

Aria, Masthead's screener, runs a first voice call of about 15 minutes, which the candidate takes on a phone or computer.

  • Your questions, your weights

Write your own questions or have Masthead draft them from the job description, and weight each competency from 1 to 10.

  • A score with reasons

Set the year's casual, sick and earned leave, and how many earned leave days carry forward.

  • Goals everyone can see

  • KRAs you can change

Reviews are scored against key result areas, and task completion and attendance can fill in by themselves.

  • 1-on-1s

Both sides add talking points, the meeting has a prep page and notes, and Masthead can suggest a question.

  • Probation and confidential check-ins

Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days of probation, and confidential ones that only the founder and HR read.

  • Recognition

  • A code for each

Masthead numbers each asset from your company's name and its kind, such as KF-LAP-001.

  • Who has what

Give an asset to someone and keep its history: who had it, repairs, and when it came back or was retired.

  • Asset declarations

Everyone confirms the company things they have by a deadline, and HR checks the answers.

  • Offboarding

HR starts it with the last working day, notice period and reason, and follows the case until it's settled and closed.

  • Clearance and exit interview

Masthead lists the tasks to clear, such as handing back assets, and the exit interview is part of the case.

  • Access ends, records stay
