What does Masthead send to Galley?

When your company also uses Galley Dataroom, Masthead can keep your data room up to date with what investors and lenders ask about your team. Once the connection is switched on, it sends:

• Org chart: a picture of the top of your org chart, the person at the top and up to two levels below, with each person's name, title and team. A card with more people under it says how many, such as "and 23 more".
• People list: everyone on the org chart, as an Excel file: name, title, team, office and manager.
• Headcount: an Excel file of people by team and by office today, who joined and who left in each of the last 12 months, and the attrition rate over those 12 months.
• Hiring plan: with Masthead Hire, your open and paused roles, with how many candidates are at each stage, as an Excel file.
• Policies: each of your policies that everyone in the company can read, as you uploaded it (PDF or Word .docx), or its text if you pasted it in.

It never sends anyone's pay, contact details, photo or ID numbers, a candidate's name, or a policy only managers or HR can read.
