What is on the Analytics tab?

• Engagement leaderboard: every investor's score, documents, opens, days signed in and time spent.
• Document attention: how many investors opened each document, for how long, and how much of it they read.
• Shared but never opened: documents investors have but haven't looked at.
• Gone cold: investors inactive for more than 7 days, or with fewer than 2 views.
• Download report: every download, flagged when there are 5 or more in 10 minutes, or outside 9:00 to 18:00 India time.

Download all views (CSV) gives you every view as a spreadsheet.
