What is "Needs your attention"?

A short list of what's waiting on you, each with a button to deal with it. For example: no NDA published, questions or document requests waiting for a reply, access requests to decide, investors showing strong interest, calls in the next 24 hours, documents added since investors were last told, access ending within a week, investors gone quiet for 14 days or more, and invitations not accepted after a week. When nothing is waiting it says "You're all caught up."
