How does onboarding work?

Each new joiner gets a checklist, grouped from before day one to IT, workspace, documents, introductions and compliance, with each task given to a person and a due date. Pick a buddy when you start it. Onboarding lists everyone joining, their progress and anything overdue. People who joined without one appear at the top, ready to start.
