How do I offboard someone?

On Offboarding, click Initiate offboarding: pick the person, their last working day, notice period, the kind of separation (such as resignation) and the reason. Masthead lists the tasks to clear, from handing back assets to the final settlement, and follows the case from initiated, in progress and pending clearance to settled and closed. Their exit interview is part of it.
