Which emails do investors get?

Always: their invitation, sign-in codes, and call bookings. Unless an Owner turns them off: an email when you reply to a question or request, and invitation reminders. Unless the investor turns them off under Email preferences: updates and new or changed documents. Emails come from your company's name; you can change it in Company settings (click your picture at the top right, then Company settings).
