How do I remove a teammate?

An Owner chooses Remove on the Team page. They're signed out straight away and can't come back, even by logging in with 1936 AI, until an Owner adds them again. Owners can't remove themselves, and the last Owner can't be made a Member. Owners get an email whenever the team changes.
