How do I set a referral reward?

In Settings → Referral policy, set the reward (money, something else, or both), when it's paid (when the person is hired, or after their probation), the amount and how it's paid (with salary, by bank transfer or as a voucher), and which roles and which people it applies to. Turn it on with Activate this policy.
