How do I run a review cycle?

In Growth → Configure → Review cycles, create a cycle: its name, kind (such as quarterly), the period, and deadlines for self-assessments and manager reviews. People set their goals inside it, write a self-assessment, and their manager reviews it. Team & cycles shows how the team is doing.
