How do I ask the company a question?

Use Ask a question on a document, or the Questions tab. Only the company's team sees it. You'll get an email when they reply, and read the reply in the data room. If the company has turned on instant answers, you can also ask the documents directly; those answers are written by AI and can be wrong, so check the pages they point to.

To ask for a document that isn't there, use Document requests.
