Can our emails come from our own domain?
Yes, with the own email domain add-on. Your company's emails then come from an address on your own domain, such as finance@mail.yourcompany.com, instead of 1936 AI's, once its DNS records are checked. The sender is your company's name and what the email is about:
- Finance for finance emails, such as the board pack to your investors and reminders to customers and vendors, as in "Kesari Foods Finance";
- HR for your people;
- Careers for candidates, with Masthead Hire.
Replies go where they go today. Without the add-on, emails come from 1936 AI's address, with your company's name as the sender.
Sign-in and security codes, such as the six-digit codes Margin emails for sensitive changes, always come from 1936 AI's address, and so does everything 1936 AI sends you itself, such as invoices, receipts and emails about your plan.
Add it from your 1936 AI account, then set it up.
