Can people ask to join the data room?

Yes, in two ways. Someone reading a deck link can choose Ask for full access. And an Owner can open a request page (closed until you open it) and share its link with funds you've been introduced to.

Requests appear on Investors and on your Dashboard. Approve & invite sends the usual invitation, with a group and end date if you like; Decline closes the request without emailing them.
