What makes an investor "hot"?

Any of three signs: coming back on 3 different days within a week, reading a document to the end (90% or more of its pages), or opening a key document. Hot investors are marked on the Dashboard and the Investors list, and your team can get an email for each sign. Only prospective investors count.
